Something brought you here. I invite you to take your time, explore what I offer, and trust your curiosity. My life has been richly layered and deeply human, and that lived experience has shaped the work I do today. At the heart of my practice are two core passions.

First, supporting individuals as they heal, reconnect with themselves, and step into lives that feel fully their own with confidence and clarity! My Niche is helping those heal from dysfunctional or  immature parenting, through my Parental Management Program.

Second, supporting and walking alongside individuals and families during life's most sacred transition.

Each service, program, tip, or tool I offer is deeply personal, and comes from a lived experience. Through my own journey, I have learned ways to heal, overcome, and emerge confident and strong on the other side. It is my hope to share what I have learned with you.
