I am a Sacred transitions Guide (End-of-Life Doula) and Integrative Healing Practitioner, based in Phoenix, Arizona—devoted to guiding people through life’s most profound transitions with compassion, clarity, and reverence.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing begins when you are allowed to live and release without guilt.
I help individuals reconnect with their inner truth, create their own foundations for healing, and step fully into lives that feel aligned, authentic, and deeply their own. My sessions and programs are designed to support you in shedding what no longer serves you and cultivating strength, presence, and self-trust.
In 2008, at age 16, I had my first experience with hospice when my great-grandfather was brought home from the hospital due to complications from a stroke. The hospice nurse guided us through that moment, and I remember being so thankful she was there. She offered comfort, support, and knowledge. She informed us of changes, provided guidance on tasks, and knowing she was there brought us peace of mind. In that moment, I knew I wanted to be there for others the way she had been for us; I just wasn’t sure how.
Later in life, I began my program in the healing arts. In 2023, a few weeks before I began school, my stepfather died. I was thrown into a supporting role, and I learned about hospital regulations and the steps involved in planning a funeral and navigating the mortuary process.
I knew this was my calling. I changed my minor to End-of-Life Doula the following day. Six weeks into my second course, my great-grandmother was placed on hospice due to complications from a stroke. I learned the hospice process from hospital to transition. I witnessed each step involved and tended to a loved one in her time of need while offering support and care to others involved.
One week after my great-grandmother passed, my grandmother was diagnosed with stage three, triple-negative breast cancer, prompting me to create a package that could help her—and others like her—with long-term companionship. As we navigated symptoms and treatments together, I knew I could offer help to more than just terminally ill or dying individuals. I could create long-term relationships that could last decades.
Only eight months after my grandmother was diagnosed, she passed away, leaving me with more heartache but also more experience. By putting my energy into helping you and your family, I learn new ways to honor my loved ones’ memories and turn my pain into purpose.
Each personal death has brought me closer to this journey, providing deeper education and experience. It has made me a stronger person for you and your loved ones. This is my calling, my passion, and my purpose: to guide and support others through the dark forest that is death, helping them and their loved ones find their way to the other side.
Growing up in a chaotic and abusive home I sought therapy by my early twenties. It was in 2016 that I was recommended, “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents” by Lindsey C gibbons. It changed my life.
It made me feel seen, feel understood, and best of all, it began to unburden me
I knew that I wanted everyone in my life to benefit from this book. I would recommend it constantly. I had gifted it on Audible, Kindle and handed out paperbacks, no one read it. I knew I would only be able to help those who were ready for change. Who wanted to break the cycle and live a fully happy life, free of guilt and obligation.
Fueled by my passion, I created the “Parental Management Program” I found a way to streamline the information from the book into bite sized pieces, with personal experiences, useful tips and applicable tools that I’ve used over the course of 10 years.
I understand the complexities of living in a dysfunctional family and the emotions and confusion that come with it. With this understanding, I hope to help you build a foundation of empowerment and strength, through acceptance, personal growth and spiritual healing.
